Another favorite: black and white tablecloth paired with these fun tea cup and plate set. Anything with writing on a piece.....I am all over it! The black and white tea pot was sold separately.

Tablescaping or staging (you can even use the word layering) is a fun way to dress up a table whether you are having a dinner party or not. You can create a "stage" by setting a tray or mirror or similar piece and start adding to your set. I try to change the table center piece at Sand Creek often, especially if I have made another new tablecloth.
The grey and white damask pattern tablecloth just lays right over a white tablecloth. I never used to like greys, but lately, there have been some beautiful colors that have really caught my eye!d I am liking the color quite much.

Photography is another passion of mine. I don't do as much these days as I would like to, but whenever and wherever I go I take my camera with me because you never know........
In Sand Creek Mercantile, I sell greeting cards that I make using my own photography. Much of my work/shooting comes from our local community. People who come into the store seem to enjoy looking at photos taken in familar territories, whether they are from this area or if they are from other states. I love shooting landscape, seascapes, farmland, barns, and a lot of cottage-y materials, namely front porches, gardens, etc.
As time allows, I plan to add a lot more of my photos.
